The Berghof Building
Ski in Ski Out
The former hotel 'Berghof' is located at number 69 on Kirchbichl street in the village of Ellmau. The building is located right next to the ski slope, so you're able to directly start skiing when you walk out the front door. This slope connects to Ellmau's main gondola, the HartKaiserBahn. This lift will take you to the top of the mountain, which is a perfect base for exploring the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixenthal.

Renovation
A large part of the building has been renovated in 2020. The whole building has been checked by the firedepartment. All apartment doors have been replaced with fire doors. Furthermore the central hall has been renewed as well.
Building features
The building has a ski storage, so you do not have to take your ski's into your apartment. There also is a heated ski boot cellar, so you do not have to wear wet ski boots. The building also has an elevator and the parking lot has sufficient parking spaces.
Distance to the city center
It is about a 400 meter walk downhill to the center of Ellmau. Just remember you have to walk back uphill ;). You can also take one of the available cabs, or use your own car. There are parking spots widely available.

Apartment Bergseite is a completely renewd apartment, furnished for up to 4 people. It has a double bed as well as a bunkbed in a separate room. The balcony has a view on the ski slope which runs down directly next to the building.
Apartment Kaiserseite has been completely renovated! The apartment has a double bed and a sofabed. This makes it the ideal apartment for two adults, possibly combined with another adult or with two kids. The apartment has a terrace with a view of the glorious Wilder Kaiser mountains.
